Mr. Morisset has over twenty years of experience in the development, promotion and commercialization of technological innovations. Formally trained as an engineer and manager, Mr. Morisset is the author of various works in the fields of the commercialization of innovations and technology management. His fields of expertise are related to the commercialization of technology via the issuing of licences and by the start-up of corporations, the techno-commercial evaluation of new technologies, as well as the strategic management of intellectual property. Mr. Morisset worked first, in 1999, with Polyvalor, a limited partnership, then contributed to the establishment of Univalor, where he leads its team of professionals in business development. He is also secretary of Univalor's investment consulting committee.
